NYS Senator David Carlucci Visits Blythedale Children's Hospital
On August 27, NYS Senator David Carlucci (Rockland/Westchester) visited Blythedale Children's Hospital in Valhalla, N.Y. The Senator was updated on the Valhalla facility's superb Post Acute Neonatal Care and spoke with Infant & Toddler Unit Chief Dr. Dennis Davidson about the Hospital's 24/7/365 pediatric coverage and interdisciplinary model that looks at a child's needs holistically in order to get them back home. Additionally, Senator Carlucci also toured Blythedale's state-of-the-art Seating and Mobility Service that provides expert evaluation, recommendations and fit/delivery for children requiring manual/power wheelchairs, custom seating and more.
