Catherine Imperatrice, LMSW, is the Long Term Care Social Worker at The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Pediatric Long Term Care Pavilion of Blythedale Children’s Hospital. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Pace University and Masters of Social Work Degree from Fordham University.
Ms. Imperatrice specializes in long term care social work for both the pediatric and adult populations and comes with extensive experience in corporate project management and administration. She provides supportive counseling along with concrete management services to develop and implement the patient-centered goals of care.
Ms. Imperatrice works with an interdisciplinary clinical team to coordinate day-to-day social and practical services to residents and their families, as well as coordinating admissions and discharges for the Pavilion.
