Arleen Ott, B.S.N., R.N., is the Nursing Director for the Infant and Toddler Unit at Blythedale Children’s Hospital, a position she has held for four years. Ms. Ott has held a variety of roles during her 10-year tenure at Blythedale, starting as a staff nurse and then moving into leadership roles as a nursing team leader for both the Infant and Toddler Unit, and Pediatric and Traumatic Brain Injury Unit. She is Wound Care Certified and a Certified Pediatric Nurse. Additionally, she has received the Rising Star Nursing Award, Daisy Nursing Award and Circle of Excellence Award in Teamwork.
She has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University and Business Administration from Saint Thomas Aquinas College. Ms. Ott is continuing her education toward a Master Degree in Nursing Administration at Thomas Edison State University. She is also member of the American Organization of Nursing Executives (AONE).
