Rebecca Solomon is the External Communications Manager at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. In her current role, she brings powerful stories to life - stories that illuminate the courage of patients, the dedication of caregivers, and the profound impact the Hospital has on families and the broader healthcare community. With a passion for connecting people through narrative, Rebecca serves as a spokesperson and trusted liaison between Blythedale, the media, and the public.
Rebecca is an Emmy-award winning journalist, moderator, and content creator, who spent two decades anchoring and reporting for television news outlets across the country, including News 12 Westchester and PIX 11 News. Her first connection to Blythedale came as a reporter, where she was drawn to the Hospital’s mission and the inspiring resilience of its patients. Giving a voice for the vulnerable became her calling.
Ms. Solomon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a minor in Theater and Drama.
