Kim Mach

Kim Mach is a strategic HR professional with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. She has a proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive growth across scientific, technical, and corporate functions in diverse industries. Her career includes roles at the Rockwell Group (NYC) and the National Museum of Qatar's startup team in Doha to develop HR processes. Most notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Mach led critical redeployment efforts at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, ensuring operational continuity by staffing 24-hour labs and vaccine pods. She currently leverages her expertise to build positive, innovative cultures within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Ms. Mach holds an MPS from Cornell's ILR program and a BA from UMass Boston.
