Elizabeth Grossfeld, LCSW, is a Care Manager in the Health Home Care Management Program at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ithaca College and her Master of Social Work with a clinical focus from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
Ms. Grossfeld brings over a decade of experience in care management and clinical social work. Prior to joining Blythedale, she served as a Senior Social Worker in the Department of Neurology at Columbia University Medical Center. In that role, she coordinated services and provided support for both adult and pediatric patients diagnosed with chronic and progressive neurological conditions.
She also has extensive clinical experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In her current role at Blythedale, Ms. Grossfeld coordinates care for children with complex medical needs. She works closely with children, caregivers, and providers to help families access services, navigate complex systems, and connect with essential supports.
