Jennifer Berlis is a Patient Ambassador at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Prior to coming to Blythedale, Jennifer was a Care Manager at Family Services of Westchester providing comprehensive care management, individual and family support, advocacy for members, and led preventative care groups. Jennifer has previous experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with severe mental illness. She also volunteered at Westchester Medical Center and New York Presbyterian.
In her current role at Blythedale, Jennifer works closely with inpatient, Day Hospital and outpatient families, as well as the families of the residents of The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Pediatric Long Term Care Pavilion. Jennifer is dedicated to supporting each family with information, emotional support, and attention to any need.
