Elizabeth Grossfeld, L.C.S.W. is a Care Manager in the Health Home Serving Children program at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College with a major in Psychology, and her Master of Social Work with a clinical focus from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
Prior to coming to Blythedale, Elizabeth was a Social Worker for the Neurological Institute at Columbia University Medical Center. During her time at Columbia she worked with adult and pediatric multidisplinary clinics helping patients and their family members with all aspects of care. She also assisted her colleagues with research studies and publications.
In her current role as Care Manager in the Health Home Serving Children program, Elizabeth coordinates care for children with complex medical needs. She works closely with the children, caregivers, and providers to help families access services, navigate multiple complex systems, and find support.
