Christina Horelick, L.M.S.W is a Care Manager in the Health Home Serving Children Program at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Christina earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University.
Prior to coming to Blythedale, Christina was a Social Worker at Four Winds Hospital on the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit, providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy for adolescents with severe mental illness while working with families and community agencies to provide comprehensive discharge planning services. Christina also has previous experience working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, and brain injuries.
In her current role at Blythedale, Christina coordinates care for children with complex medical needs. She works closely with the child, caregivers, and community providers to help families access services, navigate multiple complex systems, and provide emotional support.
