Dr. Seimon was a general surgery fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Scotland, and went on to receive his master's degree in Orthopaedics in Liverpool, England. He completed his orthopaedic training at the Robert Jones and Agnes Orthopaedic Hospital, in England.
