Donors & Supporters

There are many ways to support the children of Blythedale, particularly through our special events:

Hit the links and play a round of golf. Gather with friends at an elegant spring cocktail party.

Win a signed guitar or a one-of-a-kind concert experience during a live radio broadcast.

All of Blythedale’s events directly support the programs and services that affect the lives of medically fragile children and support their families. We invite you to join us at one of our special events.

A day of golf and tennis at one of Westchester's best country clubs. The Dreyfus Golf Classic for Blythedale raised more than $245,000 for the Hospital's Parent Transportation Program at the 2014 event.

Save the date - October 23rd - for this fun-filled evening at Old Oaks Country Club, complete with Texas Hold 'Em, Mahjong, Blackjack, Craps and Roulette! Gamble the night away as you wine and dine, and bid on fabulous auction items to benefit Blythedale's new National Policy Center for Medically Fragile Children.

Blythedale’s annual spring fundraiser is a popular and elegant affair. Our seventh annual spring event was held on April 9, 2014, at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. We honored our former president, Bob Stone, and his wife, Nancy, along with Lend Lease and its President, Ralph Esposito, for their dedication to the children of Blythedale. Our last event raised more than $600,000 for the Hospital's Research Program!

For the last 22 years, Scott Shannon has broadcast his final live show of the year from Blythedale. This year, we are thrilled to welcome Scott and his team from WCBS FM 101.1. This year's broadcast will take place from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  on Friday, December 19th. Be sure to tune in and bid on some incredible auction items! Contact Lena Cavanna, Director of Community Relations, at or (914) 831-2410 for more information or to make a donation in support of the event.

Blythedale Children’s Hospital is excited to be the official and exclusive charity partnering with The Corporate FunRun Westchester 5K.  This first-time Westchester event represents a unique partnership for Blythedale, and is not only a chance to introduce Westchester-based companies to the wonderful work that we do here, but also a great way to bond with your co-workers!

For further information about these exciting opportunities, please contact Christina Caras, Director of Special Events, at (914) 831-2512 or email to
