- Quality Management Coordinator
Exciting F/T opportunity for a NYS licensed RN to join our Quality Management team. Experience in Joint Commission Standards, including EOC and National Patient Safety Goals. Must be familiar with NYS Hospital Code and NYPORTS and be proficient in data collection, analysis and presentation and with Employee Health procedures and regulations, knowledge of infection control is a plus. - Nurse Director
Support the mission, vision, core values and objectives of the Hospital and ensure the Nursing Department delivers the highest quality of patient care; coordinate interdisciplinary patient care management efforts; Ensure that all policies, procedures and systems are in compliance with NYSDOH, JCAHO and other regulatory agency standards; Ensure that adequate nursing staff are available, based on facility; Assist in the development of the department budget to ensure optimal use of staff, equipment, time and financial resources; Inspire and motivate staff to achieve increasing levels of clinical skills and performance excellence; Cross-coverage with other Nursing units in the hospital as needed; Assume full responsibility for the operation and management of the Hospital when required. Ideal candidate must have superior supervisory skills and be a skilled communicator, director and motivator. Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively; Able to work collaboratively with Hospital Senior Leadership and Department Heads; Able to react to emergency situations appropriately; Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse leader or equivalent in an pediatric care setting, MS Office and EMR skills required, experience with Meditech and KRONOS preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, valid NYS RN license; BSN required, Masters preferred.

- Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Responsible for overseeing the administrative, clinical, and teaching and research functions of the Physiatry Department. Reports to the Chief Medical Officer, the Chief of Physiatry will build and strengthen clinical programs, enhance collaborative relationships with referring hospitals and foster clinical outcome studies. Our Pediatric PM&R department works in a true interdisciplinary manner with other subspecialty services including Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychology and Orthopedics within the outpatient and inpatient settings. Physiatrists participate in inpatient, day hospital and outpatient clinics, including spina bifida, equipment, brace and rehabilitation medicine. Blythedale participates in graduate medical education programs, including affiliated residencies in rehabilitation medicine and fellowship in pediatric physiatry. Board certification in PM&R; board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Physiatry desired. Experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required. Academic appointment at nearby academic medical center possible and encouraged.

- Clinical Systems Analyst
Working collaboratively with users of clinical information systems. Provide leadership for planning and administering information for clinical departments. Utilizing the knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine clinical functions that are suitable for computer applications. Must have Meditech implementation experience and supported Meditech HER between 2-3 years. Current NY State Nursing Licensure preferred. BSN or related Health Care Bachelors Degree required.

- IT Systems Administrator
Hands-on daily management of an Active Diretory, Exchange, firewall, proxy, the Network and all other services. Server builds, patch management, virtual machines, virus and malware scanning, etc. Allow for accurate metrics to measure reponse time and reduce the time needed to address hardware/software failures. This position will require some off hours to support as needed and page carrying on a rotating basis. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Systems Administrator supporting Windows server environments (build, harden, upgrade, patch, etc). Good understanding of SQL Server support. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and resolution skills.

- Payroll-HRIS Manager
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Payroll/HRIS Manager is responsible for the administration and oversight of the execution of the Hospital’s bi-weekly payroll and for ensuring all HRIS are operating properly and are kept up-to-date. The Payroll/HRIS Manager works closely with the IT and Finance Departments as needed and serves as a resource for the HR Generalist and Employment and Benefits Coordinator. This position directly supports the HR Director as needed and routinely performs day-to-day Human Resources operational tasks. Minimum three years general office experience with five years of supervisory payroll experience required. Experience in Human Resources and Healthcare with knowledge of ADP and KRONOS preferred
