- Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Responsible for overseeing the administrative, clinical, and teaching and research functions of the Physiatry Department. Reports to the Chief Medical Officer, the Chief of Physiatry will build and strengthen clinical programs, enhance collaborative relationships with referring hospitals and foster clinical outcome studies. Our Pediatric PM&R department works in a true interdisciplinary manner with other subspecialty services including Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychology and Orthopedics within the outpatient and inpatient settings. Physiatrists participate in inpatient, day hospital and outpatient clinics, including spina bifida, equipment, brace and rehabilitation medicine. Blythedale participates in graduate medical education programs, including affiliated residencies in rehabilitation medicine and fellowship in pediatric physiatry. Board certification in PM&R; board certification/eligibility in Pediatric Physiatry desired. Experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required. Academic appointment at nearby academic medical center possible and encouraged.

- IT/Business Analyst
Responsibilities will include: Confer with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements. Create new and modify existing reports. Maintain documentation on report specifications. Perform testing of reports for accuracy. Enhance existing reporting capabilities through extensive use of automation/scheduling. Manage, deploy, and maintain a dynamic Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 infrastructure. Deploy and manage an enterprise-wide document/content management system. Assist in the administration of applications that integrate with MOSS 2007. Provide day-to-day administration and support for SharePoint Server 2007/2010 and users in Intranet environment. Automate systems maintenance tasks. Required: BA/BS (computer-related degree preferable). 3+ years of experience in an IT department. 3+ years experience in a report analyst role, including experience documenting report requirements. Technical or functional experience in any Meditech Modules and developing NPR and Focus reports. Minimum of 1 year of hands on MOSS (SharePoint) experience and a minimum of one successful implementation. Strong Microsoft platform experience supporting Windows Servers, MOSS, and NET based applications. Knowledge of Active Directory and other Microsoft Technologies: MS Office, Forefront, Exchange, SQL Services. Analysis and design experience with web applications using SharePoint. Hands-on experience with Web-database integration and a range of relational database platforms, including Sql Server and Meditech. Working knowledge of Web servers and application servers. Ability to write scripts in some administrative language to automate tasks.
