When you make a legacy gift to Blythedale, you will be enrolled in The 1891 Society. This exclusive group of donors follows directly in the tradition of generosity and compassion that began in 1891 when a group of charitable women created programs to improve the health of children, and created the beginnings of Blythedale as we know it today. The 1891 Society includes individuals who have made their intentions to leave a legacy gift to the Hospital known, as well as deceased members of our community who included the children of Blythedale in their estate planning
